1. Product information and prices

Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on the store to help customers make a purchase decision. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product, compatibility, customisation or availability. Prices and availability may change; the price confirmed for your order should be communicated before payment.

2. Orders

Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability until DBP Customs confirms the order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may contact you to clarify order details before dispatch.

3. Payments

Where online payment is offered, payment must be completed through the payment method presented at checkout. Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP or banking password with DBP Customs. An order should be treated as paid only after payment is verified.

4. Shipping and returns
