Delivery coverage

DBP Customs intends to serve customers across India, subject to product availability and delivery-service coverage for the provided PIN code. We will contact you if a delivery address cannot be served.

Shipping charges

The store currently advertises free shipping on orders above ₹3,750. For orders below that amount, any applicable shipping fee must be communicated and confirmed before payment. Do not assume a fee is zero unless checkout or order confirmation says so.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and transit times can vary by product, destination, carrier and seasonal conditions. Confirm the estimated dispatch and delivery time with DBP Customs before completing an order if timing is important. Delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our reasonable control may occur.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, PIN code and complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Lost, damaged or incorrect parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, appears lost or contains the wrong item, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page and provide your order reference and any relevant photographs.
